THE RQ-TQ IMBALANCE PROBLEM

The imbalance between advancement in relationships and technology is introduced as the RQ-TQ imbalance problem. The relationship of this to global problems such as poverty, overpopulation, and conflicts is introduced. The root cause of the RQ-TQ imbalance problem is discussed such as education, and inherent structure of the human mind, etc. References are given for further discussion.
